Hmmm let me see...My fiance is disabled and i am a healthcare aide(housefiance)and we are trying to buy a house in Iowa. We havent found out if we got it yet. Our main concern now is that we dont have any extra money for the closing costs or the property evaluation or the tital search that we are sure they are going to want. We dont have any money for furniture even if we do get the property because he is on disability income due to kidney failure and other medical reasons, and we will be able to afford the morgage and the bills . We are trying to get some help from family and friends but it seems that they are all in the same boat as we are in. I have been searching some of the grant programs on the web but we are not a orginazation and i have no idea where to really start looking..I downloaded 1 program for free but then they tell you in order to use the "free "program you have to regester it for a lot of money which i dont have.I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas on where to start looking..any help will be appriciated and i also belive in the Pay it forward idea and if i recieve any help I will be more then happy to Pay it forward... thanks in advance .Sharon Delvecchio aka weebbles wobble sharondelvecchio@hotmail.com
